This Data Privacy Statement explains the approach taken by Standard Chartered Nairobi Marathon and the members of the Standard Chartered Group (“TH”, “we” or “us”) towards the personal information and data that we collect about you (“Your Information) when you:

• Register for the Agc Tenwek Hospital Marathon online
• Electronically respond to our online advertisements
• Send us communications via any computer, mobile or other similar electronic devices (“Device”)

and information collected through the registration forms for purposes of the Standards Chartered Nairobi Marathon.

2. Regulators, supervisors, governments or quasi-governmental authorities in countries where we, our agents, advisors or third-party service providers have a presence
3. Anti-money laundering and fraud prevention agencies (where necessary for the Purposes)
